Tweed Valley Hospital, part of Northern NSW Local Health District, seeks an experienced Clinical Nurse Specialist Grade 2 (CNS2) to join the Cardiac Rehabilitation team. You will deliver versatile home, clinic and facility-based cardiac rehab programs and facilitate education and exercise regimes to empower patients and improve outcomes.
