Walcha Council invites a tourism strategy lead to shape and implement a recent destination plan that will grow the visitor economy and position Walcha as a destination in its own right. You will report to the Director Community Services and work with local government, business groups and operators to build a cohesive program.
The role offers a permanent full-time structure, a 35-hour week with an RDO every 3 weeks, and direct access to senior leadership as you develop a function from the ground up.
