The Role

n

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, with no weekend work. Wage is negotiable based on experience.

You will:

n

- Provide expert mechanical and servicing advice to customers
n
- Diagnose and repair vehicles in line with dealership and manufacturer warranty processes, standards, and guidelines
n
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and on time
n
- Deliver excellent, friendly customer service
n
- Maintain a safe and organised working workplace
n
- Use computer systems for daily business communication, job tracking and record keeping
n

What You'll Bring

- Mechanical and servicing experience across engines, transmissions, brakes, and suspension
n
- Strong diagnostic troubleshooting and preventative maintenance skills
n
- A self-motivated approach with the ability to thrive in a team environment
n
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
n
- Ability to follow dealership and manufacturer procedures
n
- Reliability, punctuality, and a professional presentation
n
- A warm, friendly, and customer-focused manner
n
- Current NSW Driver's Licence
n
- Current Trade Licence (qualified)
n
- Rego Inspection Approval an advantage but not essential
n
