We have an exciting full time opportunity for a passionate and experienced AssistantCentre Manager to join Kids Academy Darra and lead a dedicated team of educators in delivering exceptional early education and care.

About the Role
n
As Assistant Centre Manager, you will:
n
n
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring compliance, quality, and financial performance.
n
- Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing team of educators and teachers.
n
- Build strong relationships with families and the local community to support enrolments and occupancy growth.
n
- Drive continuous improvement in line with the National Quality Standards.
n
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability and excellence.
n
- Champion a safe,
inclusive and child-focused environment.
n
n
About You
n
n
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
n
- Proven experience in a Centre Manager or senior leadership role within early childhood education.
n
- Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
n
- Strong understanding of compliance, child safety and the National Quality Framework.
n
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, build relationships and achieve business objectives.
n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
n
