Thriving Kids Implementation Officer
Temporary with a Possibility of Permanency

Support Services for Children is seeking a Thriving Kids Implementation Off icer to lead the implementation of Thriving Kids initiatives across the Child Development Service and Child and Family Centres.
Working closely with senior leaders, the Disability Reform Taskforce, government agencies and community partners, you will coordinate the delivery of key reform initiatives, develop service pathways and processes, support workforce engagement, and drive continuous improvement. You will help embed recent service models that ensure children and families can access the right support at the right time.
This role requires a highly motivated professional with strong stakeholder engagement, project management and change leadership skills. You will be confident working across complex environments, building productive relationships, and developing practical solutions that improve service delivery and client outcomes.

Eligibility/Other requirements: Essential qualifications and experience:
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant allied health profession and eligible for registration by the relevant national Board, or eligible for membership of the relevant professional association.
- This position requires a pre-employment National Police Check.
- As this role is likely to work with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families and young people, cultural awareness, the capacity to work with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people is highly desirable.
Notes: This is a temporary position available immediately until 30 June 2028 with the possibility of permanency. A merit pool will be established from this selection process and will be used to fill vacancies over the next 12 months. Selection may be based on application and referee reports only.
