JC Engineers in Sydney CBD is seeking a Town Planner to manage planning approvals for residential, commercial and industrial projects across NSW. You will liaise with councils, lodge and track applications, and provide due diligence and feasibility advice as projects move from concept to DA.

You will report to the Technical Lead in the Technical division. The role emphasizes honesty with clients, challenging questions, and constructive engagement with planners to ensure sound investment outcomes
