All About You and the Role
We’re on the hunt for a Warehouse Storeperson, Pick & Pack and Collections Driver to join our Operations Team in Lane Cove West, NSW. The need for the right person has stepped up over the last few months, especially as we expand more and more into Third Party Logistics (3PL).
You’ll be busy multi-tasking, so to successfully kick-off, you’ll need to have at least two years experience as a warehouse store person and picker and packer and also hold a current forklift licence.
You’ll be able to manage warehouse flow whilst keeping the warehouse space tidy and clean. Excellent communication, organisational and prioritisation skills will be your forte!A combination of self-management and collaborative teamwork will see you meet and deliver against our customer expectations and SLAs. At times, you may be required to be the ‘face of Renew IT’ and attend our customers' site to collect their redundant IT Hardware, complete IT Hardware Deployment Opportunities and general site relocations.
A strong work ethic and an interest and competency with IT hardware and systems is a given; although not essential if you’re a quick learner, experience in the IT sector would be highly regarded, (particularly if you’ve worked with hardware, software and warehousing).
Don’t worry, you’ll be provided with all the training you need when you start and throughout your learning and development cycle should you choose to accept the challenge.

What You’ll be Doing
Picking and packing sales orders
Receiving stock, unloading trucks and receipting orders into internal inventory software
Dispatching stock with the required loading of trucks and containers
Updating internal software and WMS tools for stock movement and live tracking
Working with the Technical Team to prepare inbound jobs for processing and allocating to the appropriate bay internally
Ensuring the warehouse is in a clean and acceptable standard at all times
Maintaining stringent warehouse security as per organisational standards
General warehousing duties
Attending Customer Site to collect, deploy or relocate IT Hardware
Reporting directly to the State Manager to ensure operational excellence
You may not just be limited to fulfilling the requirements listed above and they’re likely to evolve and change as we both learn and grow together.
What You’ll Bring With You
At least two years of experience as a warehouse storeperson
Picking and packing experience
Competency in IT hardware and software
The ability to self manage as well as be able to work as part of a team
A strong work ethic
