Job Description

Launch Housing is seeking an Assertive Outreach Worker as part of the Rough Sleepers Initiative (RSI) in Melbourne. This part time, maximum-term role (60.8 hours per fortnight) ends October 2027 and is based in Dandenong, supporting people sleeping rough across the City of Greater Dandenong and nearby areas.

You will identify, engage and assist clients with complex needs, conduct outreach, and facilitate referrals to housing options while collaborating with service partners.
