The Opportunity:
n As a Civil Engineer, you'll become part of a collaborative team delivering projects from concept through to construction. You'll gain hands-on experience across all phases of project delivery while working closely with senior engineers and project managers.
n This role offers excellent technical development and the opportunity to build long-term client relationships within a supportive consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
- Prepare civil engineering designs for residential, commercial and industrial developments.
n
- Deliver road, earthworks, stormwater drainage and civil infrastructure designs.
n
- Assist in the delivery of subdivision and urban development projects.
n
- Prepare engineering reports, calculations and design documentation.
n
- Coordinate with surveyors, planners, architects and other engineering disciplines.
n
- Liaise with local councils,



service authorities and clients.
n
- Support project delivery through design, approvals and construction phases.
n
- Contribute to the successful delivery of renewable energy and infrastructure projects where applicable.
n

About You:
n We're looking for an engineer who enjoys solving technical challenges and is eager to continue developing their consulting career. Who wants to take ownership and accountability for delivery and client outcomes.

n

You'll ideally have:

n

n
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
n
- 3-7 years' experience within an engineering consultancy.
n
- Experience delivering land development and subdivision projects.
n
- Working knowledge of Queensland design standards and local authority approval processes.
n
- Experience using 12d, Civil 3D and/or AutoCAD.
n
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
n
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
n
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn from experienced mentors.
n

Exposure to Land Development, infrastructure, stormwater or renewable energy projects will be highly regarded.

n
