Bruce Rock Engineering is seeking a People & Culture Officer to support the People, Culture & Safety team in a Perth-based capacity. The role covers recruitment, training, engagement initiatives, workplace investigations and day-to-day HR operations.
You will assist with contracts, performance management, and HR documentation, while coordinating visa processes and partnering with external providers. A Bachelor’s degree in HR and 1+ year experience are expected.
