As a Bartender at AURA, you'll be the face behind the bar — delivering exceptional service, crafting quality drinks, and creating an unforgettable experience for our guests. You'll work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and uphold the venue's standards of professionalism, efficiency, and hospitality. Key Responsibilities

- Prepare, mix, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests according to standard recipes and venue specifications.

- Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with guests in a friendly and qualified manner.
n
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including restocking supplies, polishing glassware, and ensuring all workstations are tidy.
n
- Process payments accurately through the POS system, handling cash and card transactions securely.
n
- Monitor guest alcohol consumption and comply with all RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) regulations.
n
- Assist with bar set-up and pack-down, ensuring stock is rotated and inventory levels are maintained.
n
- Collaborate with other team members and support floor staff to deliver a seamless guest experience.
n
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene protocols.

Skills & Experience
n
n
- Minimum 1 year of bartending or hospitality experience in a high-volume venue (preferred).
n
- Current RSA certificate (mandatory).
n
- Strong cocktail-making skills (desirable) and knowledge of spirits, beer, wine, and mixers.
n
- Excellent communication skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
n
- Positive, energetic, and team-oriented attitude.
