Job Description

Fenergo CLM SubjectMatter Expert (SME) with robust experience in production support, issueanalysis, and Fenergo .NET code development.

The role requireshands-on expertise in Fenergo configuration, workflows, rules, and .NETsolution, along with the ability to troubleshoot complex business and technicalissues in a live environment.

The idealcandidate will function as a bridge between business, support, and developmentteams,



ensuring platform stability while delivering high-quality enhancementsand fixes

· Minimum 5 years of functional expertise onFenergo v8 (FenE) CLM product.

· Knowledge in end-to-end customer lifecyclemanagement journey.

· Working experience on Fenergo baseapplication code – should be well versed in debugging and troubleshooting codein .net.

· Must have hands-on experience indeveloping functional requirements/ small business enhancements through Fenergoapplication code.

· 5+ year of experience in .net C#development.

· Experience in developing REST/SOAP APIsand third-party integrations.

· Experience in SQL queries, storedprocedures, performance tuning.

· L3 Support experience in Incident andProblem Management.

Experience in Bankingdomain, Financial Crime, Anti Money Laundering, KYC, CDD, EDD, CustomerLifecycle Management
