n Thursday 1 Oct 0800 – 1700: Distribution AM/ Clinic PM – Attend handover in the rehabilitation meeting room. General Medicine rounds with BPT and intern during the morning, Renal clinic from 12pm.
n Friday 2 Oct 0800 – 0800: Attend handover in the rehabilitation meeting room. Distribution AM, Renal PM. Physician on call on site 1500-1700, off site 1700 – 0800. Transfer of care of existing patients. Set up tasks for JMOs and Registrars. Take calls for admissions and additional call enquiries.
n 12 Pm Renal CLinic
n Saturday 3 Oct: Physician on call on site 0800 – 1700, off site 1700 – 0800. Follow up with existing patient base and review admissions. Take calls for admissions and answer enquiries.
n Sunday 4 Oct:
Physician on call on site 0800 – 1700, off site 1700 – 0800. Follow up with existing patient base and review admissions. Take calls for admissions and answer enquiries.
n Monday 5 Oct: 0800 – 0800 Physician on call on site 0800 – 1700, off site 1700 – 0800. Follow up with existing patient base and review admissions. Take calls for admissions and answer enquiries.
