We are searching for 2 roles. Manager / principal & Director for a globally leading consulting MNC who are launching a new AI & Data Analytics practice in Australia.

Our client is a leading consultancy firm at the forefront of innovation, specializing in AI and Data Analytics solutions. This role requires a unique blend of commercial acumen, technical expertise, and a passion for delivering transformative solutions to clients. You will be responsible for building and nurturing client relationships, identifying opportunities, and leading engagements from inception to successful implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:
n
Identify and cultivate current business opportunities within the AI & Data Analytics space.
n Develop and execute strategies to expand the client base and drive revenue growth.
n Actively engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and propose tailored solutions.
n
Client Relationship Management:
n
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
n Serve as a trusted advisor to clients,
providing insights and recommendations on AI and Data Analytics strategies.
n Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business objectives and align our solutions accordingly.
n
Technical Leadership:
n
Stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in AI, machine learning, and data analytics.
n Provide technical expertise and guidance to internal teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions.
n Lead the development of innovative use cases and solutions to address client challenges.

Qualifications:
n
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
n
Proven track record of success in business development and client relationship management within the AI & Data Analytics industry.
n
Strong technical background with hands-on experience in AI, machine learning, and data analytics technologies.
n
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
n
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor cross-functional teams.
