Primero is seeking an established SMP Superintendent with major project experience to join a long-term desalination plant project in Australia. You will manage multiple supervisors across structural, mechanical, and piping scopes and operate on a FIFO 2:1 roster with day and night shifts in Sydney, NSW.

You will lead safety-driven supervision, plan resources, and liaise with clients to drive opportunities while ensuring financial and data integrity on site.
