About the Role:
n
We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to support the commercial delivery of industrial facilities, critical infrastructure, and security installation projects across Australia. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end contract administration process across multiple active projects, working closely with Project Managers and site teams to ensure contractual compliance, effective cost control and accurate commercial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Preparing, reviewing and submitting progress claims, subcontractor claims and variation assessments in line with project timelines.
n
- Tracking project expenditure, commitments and cost movements, and assisting in maintaining accurate cost reports and forecasts.
n
- Reviewing subcontract scopes, assisting with procurement documentation and supporting the commercial onboarding of subcontractors and suppliers.
n
- Managing contractual notices, maintaining registers and ensuring key milestones and deliverables are documented and followed up.
n
- Assisting in the preparation of final accounts, contract close-out documentation and resolution of commercial queries.
n
- Participating in project meetings and providing timely commercial updates to support informed decision-making.

About You:
n
n
- Minimum 3+ years' experience as a Contract Administrator within construction, civil, infrastructure or industrial project environments.
n
- Solid understanding of contract administration processes including cost control, variations management, procurement support and project financial reporting.
n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with Project Managers, site teams, subcontractors and clients.
n
- Well-organised with a high level of attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple active projects.
n
