About the role
We have a newly created chance for an experienced Internal Projects Manager to join Eaton Electrical partnering closely with business leaders and cross-functional teams. You'll drive projects from concept to delivery, ensuring outcomes are achieved on time, within budget, and aligned to business objectives. This is an excellent chance for a commercially minded project professional who enjoys solving complex business challenges, influencing stakeholders, and delivering meaningful change.
Key responsibilities
Lead internal projects from initiation through to successful implementation
Develop project plans, business cases, schedules, and governance frameworks
Manage project budgets, timelines, risks, and resources
Partner with stakeholders to align project outcomes with business priorities
Facilitate workshops, steering committees, and project communications
Drive organisational change and support adoption of new processes and ways of working
Monitor and report on project performance, perks realisation, and continuous improvement opportunities
About you
Degree qualification in Business, Engineering, Project Management, IT, Commerce, or a related discipline
5+ years' experience in project management, PMO, business transformation, or operational improvement
Proven success leading cross-functional projects and managing multiple stakeholders
Strong project governance, financial management, and risk management skills
Experience delivering change and transformation initiatives
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving abilities
Industry experience within industrial, electrical, electronics, HVAC, medical devices, consumer products, or other regulated environments will be highly regarded
