As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring injection moulding and production machinery while ensuring production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are met. You will work as part of a collaborative production team in a manufacturing setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor injection moulding and production machinery
- Load materials and ensure machines are supplied correctly
- Monitor product quality and identify defects
- Remove, trim, and finish moulded products
- Perform basic machine adjustments and troubleshooting
- Complete quality inspections and production records
- Follow production schedules and meet output targets
- Maintain a clean and organised work area
- Adhere to all WHS, safety, and environmental procedures
- Communicate machine or quality issues with supervisors and maintenance personnel
- Undertake manual handling and repetitive production tasks as required
What We're Looking For
- Current Driver's Licence
- Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience highly regarded
- Strong attention to detail and quality focus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills

- Ability to perform repetitive tasks and manual handling duties
