What you’ll do

Lead and motivate the team during service

Support the Venue Manager with daily operations

Drive exceptional service and guest experiences

Train and develop team members

Manage shifts, opening/closing and service standards

Help drive sales, performance and venue results

What we’re looking for

Previous restaurant/hospitality management experience

A confident and positive leadership style

Great communication and organisational skills

Someone who leads from the front

Passion, energy and a genuine love for hospitality
