The Role

n

Working Monday - Friday,



this is an opportunity for a Property Manager to manage a local portfolio with plenty of structure and support. You will be determined to provide a tailored, transparent, and accountable Property Management service that is second to none. On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for:

- Manage a pristine portfolio made up of 170 properties
n
- Liaising with landlords, tenants, and inquiries
n
- Attending to any repairs and maintenance
n
- Tribunal
n
- Arrears Control
n
- NO accounts and NO leasing
n

n

The Candidate

n

To excel in this position, previous Property Management experience is a must, and a COR / Real Estate License qualification is required. A successful candidate will also possess:
