Epos Now Group is expanding its customer service team in Australia. We are seeking a Customer Retention Agent focused on reducing churn and reactivating at-risk customers.

You will proactively contact customers about cancellations, billing questions, and debt issues, while maintaining high-quality relationships to drive business growth. Solid negotiation and account-management skills are essential, as is experience with CRM systems and delivering against performance KPIs.
