Meyer Food Co is seeking a practical, hands-on HR Manager to lead a small HR team on-site at our manufacturing site in NSW. You’ll work closely with managers, supervisors and employees to manage day-to-day HR issues, recruitment, and employee relations in a busy production setting.
You’ll oversee workers’ compensation, onboarding, training, performance conversations and culture initiatives, reporting directly to the General Manager.
