About the Centre:
We are seeking a passionate and experiencedCentre Director to lead a well-established and family owned early childhood education service in Box Hill. This is a rewarding opportunity for a confident and energetic leader who thrives in a structured, dynamic environment and enjoys building solid connections with families and teams.

Your Role:
As Centre Director, you will be responsible for the overall operations and leadership of the centre. You’ll ensure the delivery of high-quality programs, build meaningful relationships with families, support and mentor your team, and work closely with your operations support contact to continue strengthening the centre’s culture and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the daily operations of the centre, ensuring compliance and quality standards are met.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with families, children, and educators.
- Mentor, support and manage a team of passionate early childhood professionals.
- Drive occupancy growth and lead enrolment strategies.
- Oversee budgeting, rosters, and centre administration.
- Collaborate with your operations support manager to implement effective centre-wide strategies.

Who You Are:

- A qualified Diploma-level educator (or higher).




- A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Centre Director/Nominated Supervisor.
- Proven success managing large, high-capacity early learning centres—ideally within a corporate or structured provider setting.
- Strong understanding of EYLF, NQS, and compliance frameworks.
- Flexible, collaborative, and direct leadership style with a focus on mentorship and accountability.
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to building a positive team culture.
