Our team works closely with patients navigating cancer and complex chronic conditions, supporting them with the clinical expertise and compassion to take real steps towards a better quality of life.
We’re expanding our team and looking for two part-time Lymphoedema Therapists to join us — one covering the Northern Beaches and one covering the Parramatta/Hills area.
About the Role
You’ll provide both in-clinic and home visit lymphoedema/ oedema management and rehabilitation, working with a variety of patients. This is a role for someone who doesn’t just deliver a service, but genuinely looks for what’s possible for each individual — someone who asks "what can I do to help this person move forward today?"
Your work will include a mix of:
- Hands-on lymphoedema therapy, including manual lymphatic drainage and compression bandaging/garment management
- Prevention education/strategies and Individualised Rehabilitation
- Running or supporting exercise classes for patients managing lymphoedema and related conditions
- Home visits for patients who are unable to attend clinic, alongside in-clinic appointments
- Working with patients experiencing complex conditions, including those with an oncology background
- Collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to keep patient goals and comfort at the centre of every treatment plan
About You
Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist,
Remedial Massage Therapist, Exercise Physiologist/Dietician You bring a can-do, team-first, and patient-oriented attitude — you look for what can be done, not what can’t Have a strong interest in Lymphoedema management and desire to learn from a highly experienced team You have experience working with, or a genuine interest in, oncology and complex conditions You’re comfortable delivering both hands-on therapy and exercise-based rehabilitation You’re flexible and happy to travel between clinic and patients’ homes across your region You’re a warm, empathetic communicator who puts patients at ease
What You’ll Need
- Australian citizenship
- Accredited Lymphoedema Therapist qualification (highly desirable)
- Australian Allied Health or Remedial Massage Therapist Degree/Registration
- Current National Police Check
- Current Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- NDIS Police Check
- Reliable transport for home visit appointments

Pay & Benefits
- Pay: $48.00 – $60.00 per hour

- Education: Doctoral Degree (Required)
- Experience: Allied health: 1 year (Preferred)
- Licence/Certification: Full Driver Licence (Preferred)
- Allied Health degree or Certificate Remedial massage (Required)
- Work Authorisation: Australia (Required)
- Willingness to travel: 50% (Preferred)
