Allens is seeking up to 10 lawyers to join our Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth, or Sydney offices. You will work closely with Partners and the wider team, gaining exposure to complex transactions and a diverse practice.
Our structure allows niche specialisation while building a solid foundation across the field. Responsibilities include drafting documents, managing matters, reviewing documents, leading negotiations, due diligence, and providing complex advice.
