Alcoa's Wagerup Refinery is seeking Production Supervisors to drive work execution and people engagement on a 12-hour day/night roster. Reporting to the Production Superintendent, you will coach, mentor and lead a dedicated crew to meet demanding production standards.
The role focuses on safety, process improvements and overcoming challenges using Alcoa's tools and systems. Experience in alumina/refining or mining environments is valued, with Schedule 26 accreditation required.
