Medical And Aged Care Group in Victoria seeks a Quality Manager to lead enterprise governance, risk, compliance and quality assurance across services. You will influence strategy, support audits and drive continuous improvement in line with regulatory requirements.

Reporting to the GM Risk & Governance, you will work with clinical, operational and executive leaders to ensure obligations under the Aged Care Act 2024 are met while fostering resident-centered care and a culture of accountability.
