O’Brien is seeking a strategic Talent Acquisition Partner to partner with leaders across the business, delivering high-quality recruitment solutions and solid candidate experiences. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, build pipelines, and influence hiring decisions across corporate, operations, customer service and leadership roles.
You will work with the People & Culture team to shape talent strategy, use recruitment analytics, and continuously improve employer branding while supporting
