Clough is seeking an ER/IR Advisor to join the K2 Team in Perth, providing specialist employee and industrial relations support for the K2 Project. The role involves site IR protocols, enterprise agreements, legislation compliance, and frequent visits to Kwinana to support a large-scale construction program.

The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of ER/IR experience in heavy industrial projects, a Bachelor’s in HR/IR or related field, and robust knowledge of Australian labour laws.
