RGIT Australia is seeking a NSW Field Service Manager to lead and support our Embedded In office Technicians across NSW. This is a people-focused leadership role, ensuring the team is supported, connected and equipped to deliver high-quality service at customer sites.
Reporting to the Head of Managed Services, you will provide day-to-day guidance, coordinate coverage, develop technicians, and work with Service Operations and VNOC to ensure consistent service delivery and safety standards.
