We are working on a Candidate Manager / Executive Researcher opportunity supporting senior retained searches from $200k on a national scale.

n

You don't need years of recruitment experience to be considered.

n

What matters more is that you're:

- Exceptionally organised and detail orientated
n
- Intelligent, switched on and quick to learn
n
- Confident and polished on the phone
n
- Systems driven and good at managing multiple moving parts
n
- Curious, research focused and comfortable using tools like ChatGPT/Claude to work smarter
n
- You'll work closely with a very successful hands-on Director, helping manage executive search processes from start to finish: market mapping, candidate engagement, coordination with clients and candidates, interview processes and all the detail in between.

They're open to all level from current consultant or candidate manager to someone earlier in their career, potentially even a robust graduate with limited recruitment experience.

n
