Our client is now seeking a Finance Business Partner to join a close-knit, collaborative finance team. About The Role
n
Reporting to the Business Analysis and Performance Manager, you'll partner directly with business leaders across performance, marketing and fundraising streams, providing high-quality financial information, analysis and performance advice that supports strong financial stewardship across the business.
n
This is an individual contributor role within a small, tight-knit team that sits closely with the business it supports; not a "watch from a distance" function, but one where you'll be embedded with stakeholders, understanding their world and translating data into decisions. Strong skillset across data modelling, pricing, revenue and metric assumption-based reasoning is required to inform financial performance.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Act as a trusted financial partner and advisor to business leaders, providing planning, performance support and advice
n
- Prepare financial data, insights and reports for senior leaders, including Board-level reporting
n
- Deliver the consolidated annual budget,
quarterly forecasts and monthly performance reporting
n
- Establish and report on financial performance KPIs via dashboards and scorecards
n
- Undertake financial analytics, scenario modelling and ad hoc analysis with a high degree of accuracy
n
- Support business cases, tender/costing submissions and funding acquittals
n
- Contribute to medium and long-term forecasting
n
- Build financial stewardship capability across the business, with a robust commercial focus
n
- Support the development of financial tools, templates and processes
n
- Work across highly compliance-driven reporting, including regulated fundraising activity, month-end reviews and audit support
n

About You
n
n
- Bachelor qualification in Accounting, Business, Finance or related field
n
- Minimum 4 years' experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting in a business partnering capacity
n
- CA, CPA or CIMA qualified (or working towards)
n
- Strong data modelling capability - confident working with Power BI, SQL and large, complex data sets
n
- Demonstrated experience developing budgets and forecasts within a multi-program organisation; not-for-profit or community services experience highly regarded
n
- Commercial mindset, with experience in areas such as customer segmentation, advertising or media spend viewed favourably
n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and build rapport at all levels
n
- A genuine, values-driven approach and a real interest in the sector
