High Scope Recruitment is looking for a motivated Business Development Manager / Appointment Setter to join our team on a part-time, WFH basis, working approximately 15 hours per week.

You will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential business clients, introducing our recruitment and labour hire services, and securing qualified appointments.

You will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential business clients, introducing our recruitment and labour hire services, and securing qualified appointments.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and research potential new clients across relevant industries.

- Make outbound calls and conduct business development outreach to prospective clients.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.

- Qualify leads and identify potential recruitment and labour hire requirements.

- Secure and schedule qualified appointments with decision-makers.

- Follow up with prospects through phone calls and email.

- Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, conversations and appointments.

- Consistently meet agreed weekly and monthly KPIs and appointment targets.

- Provide regular updates on leads, opportunities and business development activity.

- While the position is primarily work from home,



you may occasionally be required to attend face-to-face meetings with prospective or existing clients when required.

- Represent High Scope Recruitment professionally during client meetings and business development activities.

About You

- Has experience in business development, appointment setting, telemarketing, recruitment or B2B sales.

- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Is motivated by targets and enjoys achieving measurable results.

- Is confident making outbound calls and following up leads.

- Can work independently and stay accountable while working from home.

- CRM systems, Microsoft Office and online communication tools.

- Previous experience within recruitment, labour hire or the logistics/warehouse industry will be highly regarded.
