Full-time position - Monday - Friday (with some weekend work required)

Salary + super + fully maintained company car

The Company

Our client, Hennessy Coffee is a successful Australian owned family business who have a passion for coffee. They partner with licensed premises to help them deliver a fantastic coffee experience to their customers.

The Role

They are looking for an experienced Field Coffee Service Technician to join their team. This position will be responsible for providing efficient and reliable technical service and support, preventative maintenance and repairs, as well as new machine installations and set-ups to Espresso and a range of automatic coffee machines for Hennessy Coffee customers.

Additional responsibilities:

Investigate and resolve technical problems including fault finding and breakdowns and perform repairs

Conduct site check to ensuring functionality and that the customer is ready for installation

Order parts and equipment as required

Test recent equipment on Hennessy Coffee premises and ensure equipment is clean and in showroom condition before releasing to customer for installation

Liaise with customers in relation to installation, maintenance, repairs of on-site equipment

Providing technical and product information and training to customers to increase their understanding and knowledge of our equipment and products

A little bit about you

Our client is looking for someone who is tech savvy, safety focused, and has excellent time management skills. They will have a strong work ethic,



be able to work autonomously and will be a positive advocate for the business when on customer sites.

The ideal candidate will also have the following:

Previous experience as a field service technician

Minimum 2 years’ experience in the Coffee industry

Minimum 2 years’ experience working with coffee machines, preferably Espresso and Automatic equipment

Troubleshooting and faulting finding experience

Equipment installation, maintenance and repairs experience, preferably on coffee machines

Restricted Electrical Licence

Disconnect/reconnect Licence

Drivers Licence

Sound knowledge of Workplace Occupational Health and Safety (OHS)

High level customer service and communication skills

Ability to make decisions and has sound judgement

Ability to work unsupervised and be self-motivated

Be physically fit and able to lift, move, pull and push products and heavy objects

Be able to assist with afterhours & weekend service calls and call outs on a rotating basis
