About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Brisbane team.

This is an opportunity to take a leading role in the delivery of a diverse portfolio of energy projects, working closely with clients, multidisciplinary teams, contractors and suppliers to achieve safe, successful and commercially sound project outcomes.

The opportunity allows the right candidate to directly contribute to the establishment of a key contract and management of that contract to support the growth of the Northern Region.

The successful candidate will bring strong project and contract management experience, with the ability to lead projects from planning and execution through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Management of a forming key contract support the strategic growth of the business
- Lead and manage projects throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring safety, quality, cost and schedule objectives are achieved
- Develop and maintain effective project execution, planning and delivery strategies
- Manage project scope, schedule, cost, quality, resources and risk
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams and interfaces
- Manage contractors, suppliers and subcontractors to ensure contractual and project requirements are met




- Monitor project performance and implement appropriate corrective actions where requiredIdentify, manage and mitigate project risks and opportunities
- Oversee project commercial and contractual obligations, including variations and performance
- Provide clear and effective project reporting to clients and internal management
- Promote a strong HSE culture and ensure project activities comply with relevant requirements

About You

- 12–15 years' experience in project management within the energy, resources, engineering or related sectors
- Demonstrated experience in establishing, planning and managing projects and/or portfolios from initiation through to completion
- Strong and proven contract and commercial management experience
- Recognised Engineering or related technical qualification
- Demonstrated experience managing multidisciplinary project teams and complex stakeholder interfaces
- Strong and proven understanding of project management methodologies and structured project delivery to support successful outcomes
- Strong understanding of HSEQ obligations in successful project delivery
- Solid commercial, analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes inWhat We Offer a project environment
