Job Description

Amazon Australia is seeking a Senior Workforce Planner to lead end-to-end labour supply chain execution across fulfilment centres. The role blends strategic planning with hands-on hiring event delivery, agency management, and business partnering to meet demand and sustain growth.

You will analyse labour forecasts, manage large volumes, and serve as a trusted advisor to site leadership, connecting HR, Operations and staffing partners across multiple NSW sites with travel up to 25%.
