About the role

n

We'looking for aSenior WHS Advisor- Real Estateto joinourteam in Melbourne or Sydney. This is a hands-on, high-impact role partnering with operations,developmentand asset teams to drive strong safety outcomes across complex, customer-facing environments. You'llbe out in the assets, working closely with stakeholders,identifyingrisks, and embedding practical, fit-for-purpose safety solutions.

This is a highly visible, hands-on role whereyou'llinfluence safety across a complex retail and real estate portfolio. You'llwork closely with senior leaders and operational teams, gaining exposure across both on-the-ground operations and corporate environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide specialist WHS advice and support to stakeholders across the Real Estate business.
n
- Support the delivery and continuous improvement of WHS strategy, systems, and frameworks.
n
- Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments across operational and development environments.
n
- Lead and support incident investigations and ensure effective close-out of actions.
n
- Monitor and manage WHS risks across high-traffic environments involving contractors,



tenants, and the public.
n
- Partner with teams to embed best practice contractor safety management across projects and operations.
n
- Deliver WHS training, coaching, and awareness initiatives to uplift capability across the business.
n
- Contribute to reporting, insights, and WHS performance updates for senior stakeholders.
n
- Build strong relationships across the business to drive engagement and a proactive safety culture.

About You

n

n
- Proven experience in aseniorWHSadvisory role, ideally withinretail,property, construction, orsimilaroperational environments.
n
- Experience working in high-traffic, public-facing assetsandcomfortable working on-site regularly, not just office-based,with flexibility for occasional interstate travel.
n
- Strong working knowledge of Australian WHS legislation, standards, and risk management practices.
n
- Experience across audits and investigations.
n
- Robust stakeholder engagement skills,confident partnering with operations daily.
n
- Proven ability to influence, coach and embed safety culture.
n
- Highly organised with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
n
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in WHS or a related discipline.
