This position is ideally suited to a Financial Accountant coming directly from a Family Office, Wealth Management, Private Equity, Investment Management, or broader Financial Services environment who enjoys a hands-on role and wants to be part of a team with genuine work-life balance.

Your new role

- Monthly financial reporting and balance sheet reconciliations
- Managing statutory compliance including BAS, payroll tax and other lodgements
- End-to-end payroll oversight, including STP, PAYG and superannuation
- Cash flow management and treasury support
- Accounts payable and receivable oversight
- Maintaining accurate general ledger records
- Supporting entity administration and corporate governance requirements
- Liaising with external auditors,



tax advisers and other stakeholders
- Assisting with investment accounting and reporting activities
- Contributing to process improvement initiatives and ad hoc finance projects

What you'll need to succeed

- CA/CPA qualified or working towards completion
- 3+ years' experience within a Family Office or Financial Services organisation
- Strong financial accounting and compliance experience
- Excellent attention to detail and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced Excel capability
- A proactive, hands-on approach and strong sense of ownership
