Estia Health is hiring an experienced Residential Aged Care Manager (RACM) to lead clinical care and staff at our NSW facility. You will report to the home’s head and draw on your clinical background to improve residents’ wellbeing.
You will oversee clinic operations, train carers and nurses, manage stock, compliance, and reporting, and contribute to financial management of the home. AHPRA-registered nurses with aged care experience are preferred.
