We are looking for an experienced 3PL Operations Manager or you maybe a Supervisor who is looking for their big break. With plenty happening, you will be responsible for leading and growing our Melbourne acquisition.
With a small team that has been with the business for many years and a loyal client base you will need to:
Exceed Client Satisfaction
Add our national Transport Clients into the operation
Lead rather than manage
Implement the WMS System with assistance from within
Be hands on
Be Proactive looking for growth
Reporting to the CEO, you will be both a valued and trusted member of the team.
