Shift is seeking a driven Business Development Manager with solid broker relationships and a proven track record in asset finance sales. You will lead regional growth, onboard and train brokers, and represent Shift at industry events to expand market presence.
You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure customer-centric outcomes, strengthen our brand, and drive revenue through an active broker network. Hybrid working arrangements are available in North Sydney and regional roles.
