Alcoa of Australia Ltd is seeking a Production Supervisor at the Wagerup Refinery. This 12-hour day/night shift role reports to the Production Superintendent and focuses on delivering safe, reliable production and solid people engagement.
You will coach and mentor a dedicated crew, uphold high standards of process practice, drive continuous improvement and lead change initiatives using Alcoa tools and systems.
