The role you will play;
In this role, you will leverage your experience as a TA Partner to attract, and assess high-calibre HR talents,
partnering closely with stakeholders to deliver strong hiring outcomes across key HR functions.
You will build strong credibility with stakeholders, take ownership of your portfolio and deliver with a high degree of accountability. You will be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, complex environment and excel at building trusted relationships across the business.
Beyond your core recruitment portfolio, you will contribute to broader HR transformation projects and talent acquisition improvement initiatives . You may partner with HR and business stakeholders to support the implementation of new processes, technologies, governance frameworks, and ways of working. This will provide an opportunity to influence how recruitment services are delivered while enhancing the candidate and stakeholder experience.
