Jetstar is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to shape workforce decisions across Flying Operations and Cabin Crew. You will turn large data sets into actionable insights that influence senior leadership and drive improvements in workforce planning, operational performance and cost efficiency.
You'll partner with Finance, Employee Relations and operational leaders to build robust scenarios, evaluate options, and support enterprise bargaining negotiations while safeguarding secure, reliable aviation
