We are seeking an experienced and technically capable Internal Project Manager to join our growing team in Perth. This is a critical role supporting the successful delivery of wastewater and pump station projects across Western Australia. The ideal candidate will possess robust technical knowledge of wastewater systems, sewer pump stations, pumping equipment, and associated infrastructure, combined with excellent project coordination and estimating skills. Acting as the key link between our External Sales Team, Engineering Department, Suppliers, and Customers, you will ensure projects are accurately costed, efficiently coordinated, and successfully delivered.

What you'll be doing:

Project Coordination & Management

Manage projects from quotation handover through to completion.

Coordinate project information, technical documentation, drawings, and specifications.

Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and milestones.

Liaise with customers, consultants, contractors, and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle.

Ensure compliance with project requirements, standards, and specifications.

Prepare accurate project cost estimates and quotations.

Review project specifications, drawings, and tender documentation.

Source pricing from suppliers and subcontractors.

Assist the sales team with technical and commercial submissions.

Evaluate project risks and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Technical Support

Provide technical support relating to wastewater treatment systems, sewage pump stations, pumping equipment, controls, and associated infrastructure.





Review engineering documentation and technical submissions.

Assist in equipment selection and solution development.

Ensure customer requirements are translated accurately into project deliverables.

Internal & External Communication

Act as the primary conduit between External Sales, Technical Teams, Suppliers, and Customers.

Coordinate project handovers from sales through to delivery.

Facilitate communication between all stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Maintain accurate project records and reporting.

What you'll bring:

Demonstrated experience in wastewater, sewer, water infrastructure, or pump station projects.

Strong technical understanding of wastewater treatment systems, sewer pump stations, pumping equipment and hydraulics, and control systems and associated infrastructure

Experience preparing estimates, quotations, and project costings.

Proven project management and coordination experience.

Ability to interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and tender documents.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.





Nice to have but not essential:

Engineering qualification (Mechanical, Civil, Environmental, or related discipline).

Experience with water utilities, councils, contractors, or pump manufacturers.

Knowledge of Australian water industry standards and specifications.

Experience using project management and estimating software.
