Melbourne Racing Club is seeking an Assistant Functions & Events Manager to lead race day and non-race day events across Caulfield, Mornington and Sandown Racecourses. You will deliver high-energy, guest-focused experiences while collaborating with stakeholders and managing a team.

In this role you will oversee staff, ensure RSA compliance, and mentor teams to uphold exceptional service standards in a dynamic entertainment setting.
