Your new role

We are currently seeking experienced Roller Operators and HC Licenced Watercart Operators to support the construction of a new highway project near Mount Isa. Working on a 10/4 day-shift roster (10-hour days), you will be responsible for operating machinery safely and efficiently while contributing to the successful delivery of road construction works.

Key duties will include:

- Operating Rollers or HC Watercarts on road construction and upgrade works
- Following project specifications and site procedures
- Conducting pre-start checks and basic machine maintenance




- Working closely with supervisors and other operators to meet production targets
- Maintaining a strong commitment to safety and quality standards

What you'll need to succeed

- Demonstrated experience working on civil construction projects, ideally road construction or highway upgrades
- Relevant RII tickets/competencies for the machinery you operate
- Current HC Licence (Watercart Operators)
- Strong understanding of safe operating procedures
- Ability to work effectively within a team workplace
- Reliable work ethic and commitment to project outcomes
