Valarc Group is opening Alameda in Albert Park, a lively Spanish-inspired restaurant. We seek a Venue Manager to lead the front-of-house and shape the culture from day one.

The role requires 3+ years as a Venue Manager in casual fine dining with European dining knowledge. You will recruit, train and manage a high-performing team, while maintaining exceptional service and solid financial discipline. Weekend availability essential.
