Job Description

Acenda Group is seeking a hands-on Senior UX/UI/Service Designer to lead design across a major digital integration program, transforming advisor, customer, member and partner experiences into a unified, scalable ecosystem.

You will partner with Product, Technology, CX, Marketing and Operations, apply UX and service design principles, ensure accessible, user-centred experiences, and steer design decisions through a quick‐moving transformation.
