We're looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Prominent Hill, South Australia.

WHAT YOUR DAY LOOKS LIKE

- Lead from the front and manage and coordinate your crew and facilities to keep preventative maintenance and breakdowns moving safely, efficientlyand cost effectively.Because downtime isn't exactly anyone's favourite KPI.

- Be visible,



not just a name on the roster and provide genuine leadership, mentoring and support to your team. Get amongst it, know your people and lead by example.
n
- Work as one team and collaborate with your crew to develop and maintain efficient, productive and practical maintenance practices across site.
n
- Safety first, always. Champion a strong safety culture, promote safe work practices and make sure everyone heads home the same way they arrived.
n
- Keep the numbers moving and make sure maintenance and optimisation targets are achievedon time, on budget and without compromising safety or quality.
n
- Build strong relationships and work closely with Emeco customers and key stakeholders to keep things running smoothly and deliver on the bigger organisational goals.

WHAT WE'LL NEED FROM YOU

n

n
- 2+ years' Maintenance Supervisor experience leading teams in mining.
n
- Robust mobile equipment experience across breakdowns, diagnostics and repairs.
n
- Tech savvy you'll need to be confident with Microsoft 365 and maintenance systems such as AMT.
n
- Strong maintenance and reliability knowledge with a focus on safety.
n
- Recognised Heavy Diesel Mechanic / Fitter Trade Qualification.
n
- Full Australian Working Rights.
